Refund Policy

At Hina AI (operated by IAM ENTERTAINMENT GROUP, SIREN 101 385 250, France), we want our users to be satisfied with their experience. This refund policy outlines the conditions under which refunds may be issued.
1. One-time Unlock ($7.99)
Since the AI generation is performed and the result is delivered immediately upon purchase, this purchase is non-refundable once the generation has been successfully completed. If a technical error prevented you from receiving your generation, please contact us at contact@iamentertainmentgroup.com within 7 days of your purchase for a full refund.
2. Weekly Subscription ($6.99/week)
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not offer prorated refunds for unused time in the billing period.
3. Yearly Subscription ($39.99/year)
You may cancel your yearly subscription at any time. If you cancel within 14 days of your initial subscription, you are eligible for a full refund of the unused portion under EU consumer protection law, provided no generations have been performed. After 14 days, no refunds will be issued for the remaining period.
4. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please contact our support team at contact@iamentertainmentgroup.com with:
- Your transaction ID
- The email address used for the purchase
- The reason for the refund request
We will respond within 5 business days.
5. Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be processed through Paddle, our payment processor. The refund will be credited to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
